Find out why you should make the switch to postpartum incontinence underwear for embarrassing urinary leakage with leakproof panties by Everdries.

Mommas... do any of these sound familiar to you?

• Loss of bladder control after childbirth?

• Leaks staining your clothes or sheets?

• Picking up your baby and wetting yourself?

Accidents can happen after giving birth and they add so much extra stress to a time that's already hectic enough. I know this from personal experience… As a mom with 4 kids I just want you to know you’re not alone.

It’s a sensitive topic and not enough people are talking about it so I’m gonna bring it up.

If you're experiencing unwanted leaks after giving birth - don't be embarrassed. It’s completely normal and you’re not at all weird for it.

Mommas With Incontinence Keep Reading

When I was younger I never had to worry about leaks, but that all changed after giving birth.

The doctors warned me that postpartum leaks were normal.. But they also told me that I'd recover after about 6 weeks. That never happened for me. Weeks went by and the leaks kept coming. They were frequent, unpredictable and they added so much stress to my recovery. I even had a problem with wetting the bed... And they became even more inconvenient when I was trying to return to "normal" life.

This is called postpartum incontinence and it's actually really common after childbirth. There's a few different factors that cause these bladder leaks:

While postpartum incontinence is very common - it’s extremely important to consult with your doctor or pelvic floor specialist about your symptoms so they can provide a professional diagnosis.

But if you find yourself...

• Wetting the bed

Coughing or sneezing and wetting themselves

Dribbling for no reason

Picking up a baby and leaking

Or having the sudden urge to go

You know how frustrating and inconvenient it can be — especially when it’s happening more than once a day.

Luckily for us, there is a solution.

You do NOT need to go through life worrying that your leaks will show through on your clothes or stain your bed sheets.

What Are The 2 Types of postpartum Incontinence?

While there are 4 different types of incontinence, there's 2 types that are the most common during postpartum recovery and it's really important to know which one applies to you.

Stress Incontinence - is when urine leaks because of pressure being placed on your bladder, whether it’s from exercise, coughing, sneezing, laughing or lifting heavy objects.

Urge Incontinence - which is the kind I have, is when you have a sudden, strong urge to go without the ability to hold it in. This is by far the worst kind as it can happen anywhere at any time with little to no warning before.

Do either of these sound familiar to you?

If so... don’t be ashamed. It's a lot more common than you'd think. Sadly, this issue isn't discussed openly much so new moms dealing with leaks often feel all alone in it.

So now that you know what the 2 types are, you’re probably wondering…

What Are The Typical Solutions To Incontinence?

Besides seeing a doctor for incontinence (to check if it’s anything serious) it’s something us moms just have to manage…

At the end of the day it's an annoying bladder control problem that can be remedied through lifestyle changes or pelvic muscle exercises like kegels.

The biggest problem is… it’s a huge inconvenience to wet yourself by accident!

And if the issue isn’t treated it’s gonna happen over and over and over again…

So what do you do about it?

Most moms start using traditional disposable solutions such as pads, liners or adult diapers.

These CAN be effective, especially in the first 6 weeks when you're still dealing with lochia but they all have their pros and cons...

Personally, I HATED wearing pads. They're just so uncomfortable on my skin. I also frequently developed rashes. So pads were a no-go for me.

Plus, one of the biggest setbacks to wearing any of these “disposable” solutions is how much environmental waste they create.

All of these one-time-use products are getting stuffed into landfills and polluting the earth – which will leave a HUGE mess for our kids to clean up one day... AND worst of all… you need to keep on buying them until you make a full recovery...

Plus they are NOT cheap or comfortable to wear AT ALL.

Luckily, there is a solution. It won't solve your incontinence, but at least it will give you peace of mind that any leaks you have won't show through to your clothes.

How Do I Trap Leaks, Save Money, And Live A Life Free From Worry?

One simple solution ladies… leakproof underwear.

If you haven’t heard of these, you are totally MISSING OUT.

Here’s 6 reasons why they will change your life...

#1: Leakproof Panties Reduce Environmental Waste

Just like plastic, disposable items like pads and diapers go straight into landfills and produce an incredible amount of environmental waste.

So think twice before you change out your one-time-use products and remember where it's going…

Leakproof panties are reusable and last for YEARS to come.

#2: Leakproof Panties Are Healthier For You

It shouldn’t be a surprise, but disposable products can contain toxic chemicals that can be absorbed into the body...YUCK.

That’s not a healthy way to live.

A high-quality leakproof panty absorbs leaks straight into the panty WITHOUT affecting your body or causing discomfort.

What a relief!

#3: Wear 'Em Longer Than Disposables

Replacing disposables is a pain and inconvenient. But it shouldn’t have to be.

Leakproof panties don’t require constant changing. Just wear one pair as you would a regular pair of underwear and let them take care of the rest.

And of course, they’re machine washable so you can reuse them again and again.

Plus you won’t have to carry extra “pads” in your purse wherever you go…

It’s one less thing you have to worry about.

#4: Saves You A LOT Of Money Over The Years

A pair of high-quality leakproof underwear can cost anywhere from $20 to $30 and can last for 5+ years.

Compare that to a 50-pack of disposable incontinence pads for $20...

Seems affordable at first, until you realize how that adds up over time:

Averaging two pads a day, in one year you'd spend $292... over 5 years, you'd spend $1,450.

C'mon mommas, we all know your money is better spent on things you ACTUALLY want and need during recovery.

#5: Perfect Design For Postpartum Recovery

Besides containing leaks there's a few reasons why Everdries are absolutely perfect for your postpartum recovery!

Every pair is made out of a soft-to-touch fabric that's perfect for healing skin.

And the high-waisted design provides incredible tummy support while your body is healing.

These little details might not seem like a huge deal, but they go a long way in helping you feel comfortable and confident again.

#6: They Make You Look & Feel Like Yourself Again!

I think this is one of the MOST important reasons to switch to leakproof panties

Because adult diapers will NEVER BE IN STYLE. Not to mention they’re highly impractical and uncomfortable.

Leakproof panties are extremely versatile in styles, fashion and sizing! They look and feel like normal panties so no one will even know you’re wearing them.

SHHH… it’s my secret weapon against annoying and embarrassing leaks.

Where Do I Buy High Quality & Affordable Leakproof Underwear?

It took some time for me to finally make the switch, but when I did it was GAME CHANGING.

I’ve gone through a lot of different brands and styles but the panties l loved the most were from Everdries!

These panties EXCEEDED my expectations and I finally became a believer. (Hence why I wrote this article.)

I expected granny panties, but I received the opposite.

All of Everdries' products look and feel just like regular underwear.

There’s lace. There’s mesh. Dare I say... they are actually cute!

You could wear them around the house and no one would ever know you’re wearing leakproof underwear, and I appreciate that wearing Everdries panties meant I didn’t have to sacrifice femininity.

The first layer is fabric, the second absorbs, and the third layer is impermeable and keeps your clothes dry.

Absorbent layers travel all the way to the waistline in both the front and back, yet they don't feel excessively bulky or uncomfortable.

And they’re washable so you can wear them over and over and over again!
