The only problem I can see with them is the material is a little slippery. So my out side clothes want to fall down some. But that is because I have lost some weight. Otherwise these keep me from getting up in the middle of the night. And mostly dry throughout the day.

When I am golfing, I used to get my panties (and sometimes my shorts!) wet. For me the urge to pee comes on suddenly and needs to be addressed within 2 minutes. Out on a golf course it’s usually hard to find a private area and it usually takes more than 2 minutes to find a private place in the trees.
