I ordered 10 multi-coloured boy shorts in XXXL. The shorts were too tight on me. I normally wear size 20 in bottoms. I emailed Jess to tell her that my boy shorts were too tight. She got back to me the same day, saying she would send me a replacement set of 10 in 4XL, but I wanted black. So, I got a new set of boy shorts free of charge. I asked her if I could send back the unopened XXXL bag of 5, and she said that I should donate them. Now I have 10 new Everdries that fit me well, and they are very absorbent. I am in a wheelchair all day long, and I have a catheter connected to a large urinary bag under my wheelchair. I have problems with urinary incontinence, as I get spasms in my bladder and the urine squirts on the side of the catheter. Now I no longer wet my bermuda shorts that I wear all summer long. I am very happy with my new boy shorts, thanks to Jess.

I have been wearing everdries for years. I don’t have the leakage most women do but I do have severe diarrhea. You might not think everdries would work for my problem but they have saved me from some very embarrassing situations. They may not work all for every situation but I can usually get to a restroom with them on. Probably too much information but they help me keep a social life on days I would have stay home before them.
The fact that when I didn’t care for the boy shorts and wanted to exchange them only made me more pleased with this company. Not only did they quickly replace the but I didn’t have to return the other one. They asked that I donate them to a shelter and I was so happy to do that. Thank you Jeff and your company. Lee

I purchased a set of the Everdries in the incorrect size and requested a replacement. That was the most easy transaction action. They responded to my email quickly and said they would send replacement, which I received in less than a week and a half. The new ones fit and feel great. Being Boy Shorts I find that the longer legs are much more comfortable. And leak-proof. No chafing. Wash well...but they cannot be put in the dryer=Bummer!

I got my first ones two years ago (loved them). Then Jess came out with boy shorts. Got them and loved them better but they only came in black. Then she added color ones.
