First time doing on line order for clothes of any sort. Worked calculations on sizing chart. Placed order when they arrived noticed that they were a bit big.
Sent email explaining my situation and thought a size down would be better suited. The reply was sympathetic and understanding so the new order arrived.
Yes the size down was correct.
Although at first they did feel different from my normal underwear but now you really forget you have them on.

Reply was very quick and very understanding about the mistake, so graciously sent another package which arrived today. May I say a much better fit

I ordered Everdries a couple years ago and have ordered two different brands since just to try. Now that Everdries makes one for heavier flow I will never order another brand.
